Hey, I'm not the one who made, Christine did. She says:

I took a balloon and laid strips of paper mâché over it. When it was dry, I laid strips of plaster over the paper mâché. When that was dry, I applied gesso onto the plaster and painted it with acrylic paints. Don't forget to sand the surface to make it smooth before painting. Good luck!
